We were looking to secure a better mortgage interest rate on our home loan and came across Geoff Prince. He was not President of TaylorMade Capital Inc., yet; but it is no surprise to us that he would end up as President of his own company. We say this because of the way in which we were treated by him before the TaylorMade days.

While Geoff was extremely knowledgeable and most professional, there was a mix of both the professional and the personal touches which made our re-financing experience most pleasant and unique. Geoff became more than just "the guy handling the processing of our loan request." He demonstrated a genuine interest in us as clients. And, it went beyond the business at hand. Geoff took the time to get to know us a bit outside the circle of that which brought us together in the first place. This takes time and effort above and beyond what is required to take care of official business and, of course, we realized that we were not the only clients he was, no doubt, treating in this very same way.

Aside from going the distance and getting us a good interest rate with a company that is marvelous to deal with, we hear from Geoff periodically "just because." Even after the business end of things was completed, the relationship continued. Now, that is simply not the norm out there in this ol' world of ours, is it?

Bottom line, if you are looking to interact with a man of integrity who will take his time to get you linked with the right lender with all the right conditions attached to the deal, Geoff Prince is your guy.
